Litokol · X-Prime®Penetrating primer & consolidator for absorbent cementitious and gypsum substrates
A dusty screed, gypsum plaster that absorbs water like a sponge or an anhydrite floor beneath a new bathroom: what lies below the tiles determines whether the adhesive bonds securely or dries out too quickly.
Untreated porous substrates draw water out of the adhesive and weaken its bond. X-Prime® penetrates deeply, binds dust and consolidates the surface, with uncompromising performance right into the substrate.

Check the residual moisture of gypsum and anhydrite substrates first: maximum 0.5 %. For non-absorbent surfaces such as existing tiles, X-Activator® is designed for these surfaces.
Ready-to-use microemulsion in a 10 kg canister, applied with a roller or brush: at 100 to 300 g/m², one canister covers around 33 to 100 m².
