An undulating floor in an older building, level differences in a new structure or renovation that starts with making the floor level again: substantial unevenness costs time, material and patience when it has to be corrected layer by layer.
X-Plan® 3-40 flows into a Flat surface by itself, quartz-reinforced, crack-resistant and ready for covering after 3 hours, with uncompromising performance from the very first millimetre.

Do not exceed the specified water quantity. Excess water extends curing time and may cause cracks and dusty surfaces. Mix only as much as can be applied in around 40 minutes.
Powder in a 20 kg bag, mixed with 4 l of water and spread with a trowel or spiked roller: allow 1.7 kg per m² for every millimetre of layer thickness.
