Dark joints after every rainfall, frost damage in winter and white salt marks in spring: on terraces and balconies, water works quietly but relentlessly against every tile and joint.
Costly repairs often begin with fine hairline cracks. X-Scud Terrazze penetrates deeply, keeps water and salts out and lets water vapour escape, with uncompromising performance without a visible change.

First clean with X-Cleaner Scrub and, on newly installed surfaces, wait until the adhesive and grout are fully cured.
Ready to use in a 1 l bottle, applied undiluted: one litre protects around 10 to 15 m²; highly absorbent materials receive a second coat after 1 to 2 hours.
