Litokol · X-Floor®Screed binder for fast-drying, crack-resistant screeds
A new screed sets the stage for every floor. Conventional cement screeds need weeks before tiles, stone or parquet can be laid, and can crack during drying. This is where a project's schedule begins.
X-Floor® sets at a normal rate but dries quickly without shrinkage: ready for tiles after 24 hours and natural stone after 2 days, with uncompromising performance from the very first centimetre.

For bonded screeds on existing substrates, use a bonding slurry made from BoostPro®. Do not apply to damp substrates with a CM moisture content above 5 %, and never leave exposed.
Binder in a 20 kg bag, mixed with 135 to 170 kg of 0/8 mm aggregate and less than 10 l of water: allow around 2 to 2.5 kg of binder per m² for every centimetre of screed thickness.

10 m² at 5 cm thickness: approx. 112.5 kg of binder.
