This highly concentrated, water-based cleaner with an alkaline pH value reliably and effortlessly removes epoxy resin stains from all types of tiles, mosaics and natural stone, even from delicate surfaces such as polished marble, glazed ceramics or natural stone.

Performance & properties
- Gentle and versatile: Starlike® Care is a non-aggressive cleaner that can also be used on polished marble and lapped or polished stoneware without damaging the surface. The gloss is also retained on polished porcelain stoneware and glass or ceramic mosaics.
- Water-based formula and environmentally friendly packaging: the formulation is water-based and the bottles and canisters are made from recycled plastic – a plus for sustainability.
- Powerful cleaning action: excellent degreasing and dewaxing, ideal for stubborn grease and wax residues or accumulated organic dirt.
- No dangerous goods classification: for transport and storage, Starlike® Care is not classified as a dangerous good; the shelf life is up to 24 months in the original packaging.

Areas of application
- Removing epoxy resin residues: used undiluted, Starlike® Care is particularly effective against residues of epoxy grouts such as Starlike® Pro, Starlike® Crystal or Starlike® Easy and against stains caused by dark-coloured cement-based sealants. This makes it the ideal complement after grouting with Starlike® EVO.
- Degreaser and deep cleaning: when diluted (30 % with water), the cleaner removes greasy deposits, wax and organic soiling from natural and artificial surfaces. It is also suitable for extraordinary deep cleaning when conventional cleaners are no longer sufficient.
- Developed for professionals: it is intended for professional users; the product is designed for professional use.
Application & tips
- Preparation: shake the bottle well. Wear suitable protective clothing while working and cover sensitive surfaces (rubber seals, metal profiles, taps).
- Application: apply the undiluted cleaner directly to the affected area and spread it evenly with a polishing pad or brush.
- Dwell time: leave to act for 10–15 minutes; with fresh residues the time may be shorter, with older soiling it may need to be longer.
- Working the surface: rub the area with white Starlike® felt or a white pad. Mechanical movement during the dwell time makes removal easier.
- Removal & final cleaning: take up the cleaning solution with a sponge or rubber squeegee. Rinse with clean water and wipe dry.
- Repeat if required: if any residual haze remains visible, repeat the process.
