01 · Material & appearance
Many nuances.Many nuances.
One harmonious whole.One whole.
Jansky is a blend: tesserae from different SICIS® glass collections are combined in fixed proportions. The result is a surface with lively nuances that looks varied up close and harmonious from a distance.
Composition according to SICIS®: 38% Tharsis Colibrì, 26% Opalis Colibrì, 16% Chantal Colibrì, 11% Selmak Colibrì, 6% Caredal Colibrì, 3% Mirtillo Glimmer.
Colour family in the SICIS® colour filter: Violet.
A full-surface adhesive bed with as few voids as possible is the basis for an even appearance. The paper mounting on the front leaves the entire back free for bonding.

For professional installation
Bond the glass mosaic with full coverage and as few voids as possible. In wet areas we recommend reactive bonding and epoxy resin grout in accordance with the SICIS® installation guide. Before grouting, the adhesive must be fully cured. The gaps between the tesserae must be clean and dry.

03 · Your vision for the space
Your retreat.
At its most beautiful.
◇Bathroom & living spaces
SICIS® Blends Jansky creates accents on walls and floors, indoors and outdoors, and in wet areas. At the washbasin, in a shower recess or across a generous wall surface, the mosaic reveals its full effect.
≈Shower & wellness
SICIS® names wet areas as a field of use – such as shower walls, spa and wellness. The product description contains no explicit approval for pool or underwater use; for pools, we will clarify the build-up with you in advance. For floor surfaces in wet areas, determine the required slip resistance in advance.

04 · Harmony in every detail
The right grout
makes the difference.
Carefully coordinated grout completes the mosaic design.
SICIS® does not publish a specific grout colour for Jansky. As the material, we recommend the colour-stable epoxy grout Litokol Starlike® EVO.
It is best to choose the shade on a sample sheet: a grout in the lightest tone of the blend makes the surface look calm, a medium tone unites the colours, and a dark tone emphasises every single tessera. We will be happy to coordinate the colour with you.

05 · Installation
Precision that
preserves beauty.
- Prepare the substrateEnsure the substrate is flat, load-bearing and clean. In wet areas, proper waterproofing is part of the build-up.
- Bond with epoxy resinFor a light-coloured reactive adhesive bed, we recommend Litokol PowerGel® Pro Max Ultra Bianco: a white two-component (2K) epoxy resin adhesive of class R2 T.
- Align the mosaic designThe paper side faces outwards. Bed the sheets evenly; once the adhesive has fully cured, moisten the paper, peel it off diagonally and remove the glue residue.
- Complete the finishFill the dry, clean joints with Starlike® EVO in the chosen shade and clean the surface within the specified cleaning window.
Working and curing times: see the relevant technical data sheet.

06 · Care & quantity
Easy to care for.
Lasting beauty.
How do I clean my glass mosaic?↓
SICIS® recommends regular cleaning with special cleaning products for glass surfaces. Apply with a soft cloth, wipe with clean water and gently rub dry.
What preserves the shine?↓
Clean gently on a regular basis. Avoid rough sponges, abrasive cleaning agents and strongly acidic or alkaline cleaners.
What area am I ordering?↓
The order unit is 2 m² of nominal area. Nominal area and geometric sheet area are not the same. When planning your area, the key factors are the stated sheet dimensions, the number of whole sheets and the cutting waste. We will help you work out the quantity you need for your project.
